HOW CAN ONE DISCOVER THIS TALENT, A CAREER JOB THAT SHOULD REFLECT HIS OR HER KIND?

(TALENT)

How can one discover his or herself? This is one of the most asked questions from 95% of people, and it is most appalling to know that this percentage of people of the world are aimlessly drifting through life, without the knowledge of the type of work for which they are best fitted, and worst they lack conception of the need of such thing as a DEFINITE objective towards which to strive with.

But before we continue with this lesson, I would like us to differentiate between career and talent. Most people are confused if both are the same.

CAREER: —

This according to dictionary explanation is the —- series of jobs that a person has in a particular area of work, usually involving more responsibilities as time passes.

Exactly the period that you spend in your life working or doing a particular thing.

TALENT: —

the natural ability to do something well. A career is hinged on jobs held within a particular period in life while talent is that natural ability you have that enables you to do something well without being reminded.

The similarity here is that, while doing your career jobs you must exercise some level of talent to do it well apart from what you are taught by your Boss so, a career I think, needs an element of talent to be in the state of perfection.

Having gone through all these definitions, the next question that will come to mind should be; HOW CAN ONE DISCOVER THIS TALENT, CAREER JOB WHICH SHOULD REFLECT HIS OR HER KIND?

Before going into how you can discover this talent, career jobs blah blah blah, we must answer one critical question which is the basis of this lesson.

And the question is: what is your DEFINITE CHIEF AIM? Do you have a definite chief aim at all? HAVE YOU DISCOVERED YOURS? If you have not, which ninety-five percent of the people have not, how can you do so?

Because, this is the bedrock through which this your career dream or talent will be built by perseverance, which is persistent work towards that definite aim.

Take note, your DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life should be selected with deliberate care, and after careful selection comes the documentation which is writing it down and placing it where your eye will see it at least once a day.

Then the psychological effect will impress this purpose upon your subconscious mind so strongly that it accepts that purpose as a pattern that will eventually dominate your activities in life and lead you gradually towards the attainment of that purpose in life, which is the psychological reason for the selection of DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life.

Now here comes the reason for establishing a “definite chief aim” in your mind. This is the psychological principle (the reason), this principle is:

(THOUGHT 🙂 — I hope you are aware that, every voluntary movement of the human body is caused and controlled by “thought” and this happens through the operation of the mind.

For example; having conceived a definite aim in your mind which is directed by purpose, this purpose becomes a dominating fact in your mind from the very moment you have made that choice.

Thus, making you be at alert for facts, information, and concrete knowledge with which to achieve that conscious-engraved purpose.

Then going back to our earlier question; how can one discover this “definite chief aim?” (Career jobs, talent, blah blah blah)?

“DESIRE” You have heard me mention this six-lettered word “desire”. Yes, desire directed with purpose is how to do so. This “DESIRE” is the factor that determines what your “definite chief aim” in life shall be.

Note this; no person and I quote “no one can determine what your dominating DESIRE shall be in life.”

Hence you have selected it yourself it becomes your definite chief aim and occupies the very thought of your mind until it becomes a spotlight in your mind that is satisfied by transformation into reality, and you should be careful not to push it aside by conflicting desires.

So, substantiating what is said here, what is it that you desire to do always and, which if you do, you end up feeling happy at last?

That is your “definite chief aim” and pursue it with a burning desire for the achievement. Remember, your definite aim in life should be backed up with “burning desire.”

For your information, merely desiring freedom will never lead a prisoner to achieve that freedom unless backed with sufficient actions to entitle himself to freedom.

⦁ Burning desire
⦁ Definite purpose (definite chief aim)
⦁ Action

The steps that should be followed;
First, the BURNING DESIRE then, that desire should crystallize into a DEFINITE PURPOSE and sufficient ACTION to achieve the purpose. Do not forget the three are very important to attaining success.

BURNING DESIRE —- DEFINITE PURPOSE — ACTION

Having learned from the introduction of the course about “definite chief aim” and the 3 steps leading from desire to fulfillment, one might as well not have a definite chief aim unless one has also a very decisive and practical plan for making sure that, that aim becomes a reality.

— decide what your major aim in life shall be.
— Write out a clear concise statement of this aim.
— Plans through which you intend to attain the objective of your aim, well stated in writing.

Your final step should be: forming alliances with people who find it easy to co-operate with you in carrying out these plans and will finally transform your “definite chief aim” into reality.

This is where MASTER MIND comes into practicality (the ability to harness like minds to co-exist and attain a chief aim.)

Having shown you “what to do” “when to do it”how to do it” and reason “why you should do it.”

Then having prepared yourself with the BURNING DESIRE which helped you discover that your career job, and talent as “your chief definite aim” you are now in the early stage of your career job, developing your talent.

Action has been taken right? I should say that this lesson has gone a long way to prepare you for the next level of improvement in life.

Then, here comes the devil called FEAR. The fear of what people could say about you and your new life, about your career job, the talent you have chosen to develop.

Families and friends could not let go of you. Finally, your self-confidence is decreasing gradually, and this has gone far in affecting your newly-discovered career job, and talent. Then, the next lesson portrays this question before you; HOW CAN ONE BUILD SELF-CONFIDENCE, AND ELIMINATE THIS ENEMY CALLED FEAR?
