Introduction: (Blog)

By now you are supposed to have known that over 4.4 million blog posts are published every day.
With such an influx of content nowadays, it becomes difficult to write content that will easily rank on Google searches. And that is the reason why no one reads your article whenever you blog.

Now the question becomes; how do you come up with content that stands out from others?
That is content that everyone wants to share, link to, and equally read.

Here is how you can do that using a tool known as Ubersuggest…

STEP NUMBER 1:–

Let’s get over to Ubersuggest and type a keyword in the keyword phrase that you want to write an article about. After that click on “search.”
To do this, do not forget to pick a two-word phrase keyword for example “AI blogging.” Image description below:

STEP NUMBER 2:–

By the left-hand side navigation menu, click on “Content Ideas.” Image description below:

And you will be embraced with a report that looks like the image below:

The report is an indication of some of the top blog posts currently on the web. There is a breakdown of estimated monthly visitors from Google, total backlinks, Facebook shares, and repins on Pinterest.

The topics that are worth writing about are the ones that have a good amount of all these elements.

STEP NUMBER 3:–

Now is the time to pick one of the top blog posts you wish was on your site. You have to look for a good number of estimated visits (at least 75), a decent total backlink count (at least 10), and social shares.

For this example, I’m going to pick “16 Best AI Blogging Tools in 2023: How to Grow Your Blog …”.

Remember not to pick content coming from a brand bigger than you are. For example, picking a brand from Wikipedia is a very big mistake because this brand already has traffic and would rank high for any content dropped by them. So, take note of that.

STEP NUMBER 4:–

We will be using the Skyscraper techniques to re-write the identified content in order to rank higher than our competitor.

For further clarification on this skyscraper system, just think of skyscrapers as the next tallest building around. And when anybody says he or she wants to build the next tall building that will amount to an edifice in which people will be interested, a skyscraper is what comes to mind.

Essentially, this tactic will get you tons of eyeballs, social shares, people linking to your site, and of course higher Google rankings.

To continue with this, you will make sure you are using similar keywords in your blog post. In order to find the appropriate keywords click the “keyword” button under “Est. Visit” image description below:

Then you will be embraced with lists of keywords that this blog post is targeting. Image description below:

You’ll want to go through all of the keywords here and keep clicking the “Next 10” button as these are the keywords you’ll want to mention in your blog post.
Once you do that, you’ll see a long list of keywords that drive traffic to that specific page. Go through all of the keywords and export them to CSV.

STEP NUMBER 5:–

Since you’re improving the blog post you will want to reach out to as many sites as you can that have linked to the original. You can find what sites have linked to the post by clicking the “links” button under “Backlinks”. Image description below:

CONCLUSION:

Having finished writing your article, now is the time to go to each website and reach out to them through their contact page or through an email address that you find on their site.
Bring what you have to the table letting them know about your article, how it’s better, and how their audience will enjoy reading it.

To your greatest surprise, you’ll find out that many of these sites will definitely link back to you, which will boost your Google rankings.
